If your catalytic converter fails, there is probably some problem with your vehicle. Replacing the catalytic converter will not solve the problem.
Before doing so, check the following items:

Need for the engine to be tuned

 

Unburned petrol reaching the catalytic converter

 

Oil or antifreeze reaching the catalytic converter

 

Damaged spark plugs or their wiring

 

Damaged oxygen sensor (sensor )

 
Breaks in supports or bumps received by catalytic converter  
Any warranty case will be no accepted if the above statements are cause of the converter failure.
